Shell to sell Singapore refinery, petrochemical assets to Chandra Asri and Glencore

Shell has announced its decision to sell its refinery and petrochemical assets in Singapore to a joint venture comprising Indonesia's Chandra Asri Capital and Glencore Asian Holdings.
