Sorento Capital Bhd has signed an underwriting agreement with Alliance Islamic Bank Bhd as part of its forthcoming initial public offering on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia. 

The New Zealand Malaysia Business Association and the Singapore Business Association New Zealand have recently signed a memorandum of understanding with the Auckland Business Chamber to strengthen economic cooperation among New Zealand, Malaysia, and Singapore.
